If your argument is sound and based in logic I'll admit your right. I admited co-OP's were a better model, but they lack motivated people to make them work.

Well, the cost of living is uhh... kinda like a mathematical equation... you could say. I can prove to you that the cost of living is not survival with a mathematical equation.
