i don't think it was ever good tbh, it's just angstrom stubbornly trying to defend things he doesn't understand and misunderstanding or completely ignoring opposing arguments.

I generally try to get people to actually explain the reasons for their positions. You have to ask questions that allow them to explain. Sometimes if you do it right and you're dealing with a person capable of reflection, you might actually get somewhere. I think we got to a point where Angstrom could no longer understand his own position, and instead of reflecting on that, he reacted with anger and spite. It's why he keeps saying it's a mathematical formula but refuses to explain it. 1) there isn't a mathematical formula and 2) Angstrom doesn't understand himself. He lashes out with insults.

capitalism doesn't seem to be working to well if it's suppose to help people survive and cure poverty.

poverty could be wiped out, it's just not profitable. and only profiting is what matters in capitalism.
