It's real easy fixing all the deep scratches, and replacing the many worn out wood flourishes and accents. Especially when there are no margins of errors, with a replacment cost estimates at more money then you make in a whole year.

Framing is real fun, but it doesn't pay.
Timber builts are even more fun. Especially working on all the exposed beams, Mortises , Tenons. It's Like putting together over sized furniture.

There is more to it then that as the lead hand. It's a very high profile job. I assume most risky work, and I give direction to my team. I review Lots of architectural plan, go over fine details. Try to catch mistakes between the door hardware consultant, architect, engineering.
You can't mortise holes in the wrong places on the heritage frames for concealed automatic door openers, You also need to know diffrences of installations if your dealing with pivot hinge, leaf hinges, continuous hinges. These things will change the location of mortises. Check, double check.
Sometimes I wish I could just punch in and punch out. But there is definitely a lot of prestige and respect that comes doing the job I have.

Now, God sent many apostles: He sent Moses, and people should follow him.
Then He sent Jesus: so why people should not follow him while he was sent by the same God? Therefore, those who did not follow him: they stuck to their traditions of their fathers, so they are disbelievers who did not believe in Jesus the new apostle of God, even if they believe in Moses.
Then God sent Mohammed and people should follow him, so why did not some believe and follow him? They stuck to their traditions: of their fathers; and they are disbelievers who did not believe in the new apostle or messenger of God, specially he invited them to God alone without associate and brought to them a new miraculous revelation: the Quran.
Therefore, anyone who does not convert and become Muslim, will lose in the Next Life.
Quran 3: 85, which means:
{Anyone seeks any religion, other than the Islam, [his righteous work] will not be accepted from him [because the past religions were altered g],
and he shall, in the Next Life, be of those who lose [the prosperity of Paradise. h]}
