So you can wantonly kill women and kids but only talking is going to looked as as being 'against the law'? The UK supports Israel, Israel is involved in terrorist activities against unarmed people, do your duty and arrest yourself.

You're not helping yourself any here, MHz. The ICC only has jurisdiction over individuals, not countries. Maybe you're thinking of the ICJ.

I stand corrected. The ICC is for war crimes so perhaps it is just across the hall.

From the UN181 document.

"Any dispute relating to the application or the interpretation of the undertaking and any treaty issuing therefrom shall be referred, at the request of either party, to the International Court Of Justice, unless the parties agree to another mode of settlement."

There's a problem there, too. The ICJ only has jurisdiction if the parties agree to its jurisdiction. If either party says no, the ICJ can't act.

Kinda stupid, huh? But, hey, when you deliberately design the international regime to be foolish and powerless, kinda hard to complain when the international regime turns out to be foolish and powerless. The right-wingers find a way, though.

The whole area has been ruled by stupid for 100 years, by design. Putting the blame on the Jews and Arabs living there lets the real criminals stay in the shadows and continue the same thing. Without that changing the last 100 years will be just what the next 100 years are going to be like for the global community.

The strings eventually wear out. In this case it would literally take an act of God for that to happen.
