Hardly.. What it means is that you need to stop pissing and moaning because someone like Harper is trying to get you off yer butt and back on track.
Ontario and Que has big opportunities in mfg, forestry and mining. NFLD has really interesting opportunities both on and offshore... BC basically has it all, yet anytime there is a proposal to get shovels in the ground, you spend enormous efforts whining and moaning about how crappy it is.
