Tell it to the judge... And word to the wise; better get your excuses down really good... I understand that the peer group you may be in contact with on cell block 4 may not so appreciative of your logic

Whatever... all I know is I got first-time seduced by a university woman when I was 15, and all it did was make me more confident doing it with girls my own age.

There's some sort of gender-disparity here.

If a pubescent guy gets seduced by an older women it's good for his training, whereas if a pubescent girl gets seduced by an older guy it damages her.

>shakes head< All I know is if I had created this universe, that's not how it would work.

This is certainly true. It's just the old "If an adult woman does a boy, she's doing him a favour" vs. "If an adult man does a girl, it's exploitation."

Old thinking.

Shall I post links to all the posts where you use things that happened 100 (or more) years ago to bolster your pathetic English ego?

You can do what you like but, at the end of the day, you're the one defending paedophilia. Do you realise how sick that is?

I've still not fathomed out why the Left love and support gay paedophilia so much. It's very strange.

Yes, I am, you incredibly stupid Yengeese. I've said it flat-out two or three times in this thread. And you've figured out from my statements in support of paedophilia that I support paedophilia. Brilliant, Holmes! You're a credit to your people.

What brilliant insight will you come up with next? That water is wet? That night is dark?

Sicko. You should be ashamed of yourself. If I had kids I wouldn't let them go anywhere near you. You're a danger to them.

Do me a favour and keep any kids over whom you have influence as far away from me as possible.

Damn right I'm a danger to them. Though perhaps less of a danger than their own clergy, teachers, and schoolmates.

The sexual history of your people is nothing to be proud of, Alf. You might could wanna keep that in mind out there in Tunbridge Wells.

I certainly wouldn't let my 12-year-old daughter - if I had one - stay with any of your lesbian friends. You'd be encouraging them to fiddle with her, and then afterwards you'd try to excuse it by telling me that it's normal and that all 12-year-old girls are lesbians.

Y'know, when you make up a position in your head, ascribe it to be, then argue against it, you're really just talking to yourself. And you don't need a computer to do that. Here's a suggestion. Sit in the corner and babble to yourself. Save power.

You ought to try that logic in front of a judge... You can report back after you sentence is done

(remember: 15 gets ya 20)

Interesting point , JM

Western or English Common law recoiled after incidents like Judge Jeffries Bloody assizes and matured to make the punishment fit the crime. Lesbian activity between women is, in this case, a 'misdemenor'- the affair started when both were minors. a first time misdemeanor and an a cease contact order is more than enough.

UNLESS you want to introduce Stalin's law of spikelet's. But for some reason I've never figured you for a hard line Marxist...
the affair started when the perp was 17and the uhhhh, 'underage one' was 14. the US tabloids are playing this for readership.
The good part is that we might get Coldstream to actually read the NT in its proper context.

DARN, now THAT hurts!:p

Economic efficiency , CM, means two sets of parents telling their offspring to keep away from each other's bodies for the next two years, or next time it goes to the police.

Its reasoning like a utilitarian.

When did you take up Marxism, anyway? Never figured you for the 'doctrine':p

Actually, girls mature faster than boys.

No, they don't. That's a myth.

Hmm... there's something creepy about that. What you're saying is that a government can legislate when a person gets to think for themselves.

That's not creepy. What I find creepy is that you think there should be no age of consent.

What if you're a parent who teaches his kids to analyse information and make a decision based upon reason and common sense before they are 18? Does that get you in trouble with the Florida government? Is it like when it used to be illegal in some states to teach blacks how to read?

There's a difference between teaching people to read and allowing women - and when you are 18 you are a woman, not a girl - to have sex with little girls.

Y'know, when you make up a position in your head, ascribe it to be, then argue against it, you're really just talking to yourself. And you don't need a computer to do that. Here's a suggestion. Sit in the corner and babble to yourself. Save power.

You're just another gay-paedophilia supporting Liberal. Be careful what you say. An officer of the law might be watching you.

True, but the difference between paedophilia and ephebophilia is utterly beyond Alf.[/QUOTE]

Alf hasn't been the same sharp dude since the Big cats
got 'em..

I'm talking about places that have a sexual consent.

I'm not talking about some primitive Papuan tribe.

Hmm... me thinks all this stressing about "fiddling" is just your roundabout way of telling us you never had kids, right?

*Sigh*... so if you caught your 12 year-old daughter playing doctor with another 12 year-old girl, what would you do? Insist she fiddle only with 12 year-old boys? How would you enforce that?

I still think indifferent judge's are not best equiped to decide cases like that. I think an ad-hoc "jury" of adults who know the kids are best for deciding decide how situations like that should be handled, on a case-by-case basis.

Lesbians are fine people except when they violate statutory rape laws. Screw with a child...lose your head.

come on, she was 17 and her girlfriend was 14 when they started "going out". Both were in the same high school. It wasn't stat rape when they started.

How about if we make it so that if an adult-lesbian gets caught doing it with an underage, post-pubescent girl, that the lesbo has to do community service by deflowering a clumsy, shy boy - the same age as the girl - who's been having trouble loosing his virginity?

Indeed. And the parents didnt care at that time either. They suddenly changed their mind when the 17 year old went to 18 which makes absolutely no sense. Nothing changed in that 24 hour period.
