SLM, you don't have to justify your position to me. Having an excellent grasp of who you are, I fully understand where you are on this. You aren't a hypocrite in the philosophical sense, like so many of the frauds that lie their way though threads and thump their chests on this board.

I'm not trying to justify, merely clarify further.

I understood fully where you drew the line earlier regarding supporting their right to lobby and speak versus what they actually stand for. Philosophically speaking we are on the same page in that regard. I just cannot find it in myself to advocate for that right. Whether I should, whether it's justified not too, really doesn't matter. I simply cannot do it.

I think you're off base there. "Straights" don't need to have sex with your children,
& "Gays" don't either. I think you're confusing "Gays" & "Pedophiles"...two very
different things.

NAMBLA is a lobby group in the States. It's not just some group of covert diddlers.

It's membership isn't exactly a secret.

Although the premise of the groups existence is beyond contemptible to me. Their right to speak and lobby is an excellent case study on the Constitutional rights of free speech, and freedom of association.

One of the last things I would have expected, is for this group to have a membership list anywhere. Just the membership by it's self is
saying, "I like it with young boys". Bear, you are kinder than I could be. My first impulse would be to publish the damn list.

I'm sure if one were compelled to do the work, you could actually find a substantial list on line.

Even wiki has a list of notable members.

And please don't confuse my commentary as kind, it's simply just factual. I have nothing but contempt for the group and it's premise.

Bear, I completely understand your position. On this subject though, I tend to be a hot head. I find no mitigating argument for NAMBLA to even exist. They are an ugly, perverse group, plotting to commit criminal acts.
