Durka , you're awsome
Hey Google HDR photography and check out the effects.
Check your option on your cam if you have anything called like Bracketing or something like that. I am going to be trying that soon .

I have done a bit of HDR, nothing worthwhile yet though as it has been overcast here for months it seems.

Google for some pics , even overcast it works well .

I have seen some crazy HDR on flickr. A friend of mine at work is really into HDR. Showed me some HDR nudes he did in his decaying buildings, very surreal. It also helps that the chicks were smoking hot

No , just photoshop 6.
Does that work with RAW?

yup, can load 3 or more raw files at various exposures then it will allow you to manipulate them to your hearts content, lot more options then photoshop. I think you can download a free trial of it, google it.

I am looking for a good photo program . So Photoshop 6 will be able to do it?
Photomatrix is that expensive?
I was told only photoshop cs could do hdr??? I'm getting conflicting views.

Not sure about Photoshop 6, I know CS3 & CS$ can do it though, the HDR is pretty basic though.

did you take those?

yeah, last night on the bloor viaduct bridge overlooking the don valley express way.

Put the Camera on a gorilla pod, ISO 100 & ISO 400, 45mm focal length, F25 aperture, 15 second expsure, auto bracket and took about 15 pictures of each. First one is a single exposure, second one is 9 exposures stacked using CS4, it's a macro that combines all the individual photos.

Awesome Durka :canada:

Thanks dude, been going hardcore into photography lately. I have most lenses I need now, picked up a 50mm prime, 100-300 zoom, 11-18mm wide angle and a Canon 20D body.

Do you have a flickr account set up, Bart? If not, I highly suggest you do so, great way to get constructive criticism and also show off your work.
