I meant to say that I was listening to Ryan's radio show at work today - which doesn't happen often as the boss is not a fan of "the rap music" and he was interviewing Kara, and they played LLWD. I was excited since I don't hear it too often on the radio at all -- twas great!

LOL! Thanks for that! I used to love (LOVE!) Jimmy Fallon when he was on SNL (especially Weekend Update with Tina Fey!). I never remember to watch his show. I still remember that it was on his show that Kris did that amazingly amazing vocal on Heartless!

I started reading The Idol Guy: The Idol Guy. I haven't read that much yet (I'm reading his last few texts from last season) but I think I kinda love him. He hasn't starting writing on this season yet, but I hope he will! Unless he's completely given up on Idol, since it's clear that he hated as much as me all the manipulations that happened during season 8.

It's funny. A Cook fan on twitter thought that it was actually Neil Young covering Pants On the Ground and not Jimmy Fallon imitating Neil Young!

This, though? Is slightly disturbing: Page 92 of Cosmo: on Twitpic. Especially since they included Archie in there.

Also, MJ posted some spoilers of people who have been cut in Hollywood. Which brings my question: are you guys okay with discussing spoilers? If not, I'll refrain, but I certainly won't be able to stay away from them! I just wanted to know if you wanted to discuss them here.

For me you can talk spoilers all you want - I probably won't seek them out, but knowing what's happening in future Idol world isn't a problem for me. And if anything interesting happens I'd look too. lol Ross? How are you on spoilers?

Seriously, the only time spoilers actually annoy me is after Top 24. From there on in, I really don't want the suspense ruined. But up till then I really don't care. Don't write them in white/yellow, I'll probably not be able resist, and will read them, anyway.

PS -- I just went over to MJ's and read the spoilers. That resolve of mine lasted two minutes. I have no sales resistance.

I don't love the song WWFM. It's okay, but it sounds sort of tame/old fashioned.

Weren't we supposed to be so current and cutting edge with our music and our album? All three of our little singles have been pretty terrible, imho. Also, must we scream in all our little songs?

I can't say I love or hate Pants On the Ground, I just think it's funny as hell! Especially how it became that big thing for a moment in time. You can't create these moments, they just happen. Well, it was created on Idol, but it crossed over everywhere in no time!

Anyway, my thoughts on the new video.

It's much better than FYE. Shot in moody black and grey tones, it makes the whole song and video a reaction to the reaction after the AMA's IMHO, and it almost makes me question their idea of releasing FYE and pulling it so fast for WWFM. Like a manufactured storm in a teacup. But, anyway, no record company is that brilliant. So I can't see it in reality. They really were scrambling there for awhile. It does look brilliant in retrospect though.

ETA: yellow works for me. Totally read them though. Sometimes you can't resist

I watched the video. While I wondered if there was actually a storyline in there, I have to say that Adam does look very good in it. And it made me regret once again that it's not WWFM that's playing on my radio station. FYE bugs the crap out of me. I kind of like WWFM.

I'm hoping WWFM will get FYE off of MOD's top 5 at 5. I like it better too. FYE is dancey fun though.. I just hate the video. Especially the snake.
