In theory a good thing; in reality, it'ld be a matter of time until corruption swollens this program and before you know it, the government will be spending $20 each on small packets of cheerios.


I rather see the government delegate the funds to local school distracts as, while some funds would be sqaundered by corrupt principles, there would otherwise be some schools with exceptional food programmes.

Most of this stuff is used to prop up the agribusiness firms in the US, so I am very sceptical of any of these measures.

Lets give this some time and see just how the Liberals gut this legislation and turn it into a big give-a-way. My question is just how does America fund this program? The concept I think is good but the Congress will make a mess out of it.
