I just discovered that Barack Obama signed a order on 1-22-2010 to implement Marshall law. It has to be true because this guy read it on the internet, and he's being honest. He ain't joking.

You don't need a pen to have Martial Law become the law of the land, you only have to say something similar to "Just watch me.", or something similar.

I seem to recall that Martial Law becomes the authority if a Country ever declares bankruptcy.
