-July 13-14th, 1977 Blackout in all of NYC..maybe they planted the explosives then...
-February, 1993 in the First attack on the Towers by Bush, the power went out, maybe the Mossad and CIA planted the explosives then...
I'm sure there have been others but this is just three of the outages that could all contend to be the ONLY power outage in history of WTC.

Most financial institutions or offices, and certainly any prosperous enough to have office space in the WTC are going to have independent power supply for things like security systems and locks, if only battery backup.

There are problems with this account.
#1, it's sourced by one person only, Scott Forbes, and corroboration seems limited. In an interview he said, for instance:

But why only one? And where is this backup? The WTC held the offices of many large, important companies, and to have their central computers turned off would have been extremely inconvenient. To put it mildly. Thousands of people would have known about this, from local employees to staff in other parts of the company. So where are they?

How many of the professors are democrats?
Really though people outside the loop will never know.
I've heard a bunch of theories and all in all, it is fairly insignifigant.
People shouldn't be responding to "unknowns" anyway, in any preconcerted activity. But this whole thing is about "prempting potential"
If we foster negative actions then we sell out to corruption.
If we foster growth and benifit, as long as we are alive we are doing good.
Obviously within government negative actions are reinforced and positive action are recinded to private and civil actions.
IE Not for profit, tax deductions, "volunteering", donation.
Generally the norm is to "maintain or keep" not give away.
IE selfishness and self management over public use and authority.
IE singular authority rather then open determination.
It's redundant.
You can theorize all you'd like but it still isn't necisarily truth, it's mearly fact.

There were, what, 50-60,000 people working there. And did you know that many of the firms in the WTC were finanical firms? Many of those firms have employees working on the weekend. Many of those firms pay their employees very, very well, and those people aren't compensated with 6,7, and 8 figure pay packets working 40 hours a week. There would have been a least a couple thousand people working in that buildiing on the weekend. And only one person is on the record? And you swallow it hook, line and sinker?
