Of course it was a body slam
;)
you aren't supposed to punch a guy with glasses.

The nature of Jacobs' injuries didn't meet the statutory requirements for a felony assault charge, Gootkin said in a statement.

I have doubts on the possibilities of twenty years, but the guy will be charged and likely convicted on much lesser charges,

"has been charged with misdemeanor assault"

So that " might get twenty years" part of the OP is FAKE news

ETA:
For misdemeanors, defendants often also have the option of performing community service, participating in criminal education programs, or being on house arrest rather than serving time in jail.

Might get twenty years eh...haha...lol
That's funny right there.

Sounds like ssri type behavior to me.
in the perp and the OP

So the GOP runs a weak candidate that body slams a reporter and the Republicans still win.
