Estrich is a smart woman! It seems she has caught on to the flagrant overuse of sexual harassment allegations used by women these days.
When women make unjustifiable claims of sexual abuse it is an insult to all women. Sue the bastard and get some money, get your name in the news and your face on tv; why else would a woman who claims to have endured sexual harassment for years without complaining suddenly decide to press charges? If any hokey-pokey occurs on the job, the time to stand up and deal with it is at the time, not years later!
