A federal judge has ruled that henceforth, police in NYC cannot put their hands on your crotch without a really really good reason

In a repudiation of a major element in the Bloomberg administration’s crime-fighting legacy, a federal judge has found that the stop-and-frisk tactics of the New York Police Department violated the constitutional rights of minorities in New York, and called for a federal monitor to oversee broad reforms.

For some reason, right wingers who normally condemn government intrusionism into people's lives have applauded the government's actions in these humiliating frisks. If they had had any principle they would have been the first ones to condemn the police actions.
