Fed the same as a poor person on food stamps is usually able to afford.
1 meal a day of US MRE's - if i was really cruel i would insist on the UK type.
Showers once per week as many elderly receive just that in care facilities.
No electronics other than a laptop for work.
Facilities for sleeping- same as these that are provided for persons under relocation due to a flood- Tents in winter would suffice.
Tents in summer - as well.
