Speak Softly And Carry A Strongly Worded Letter

WASHINGTON (AP) -- The Obama administration is drawing no "red line" for North Korea after a successful long-range rocket test, tempering the public condemnation to avoid raising tensions or possibly rewarding the reclusive communist nation with too much time in the global spotlight.
The U.S. has told the world that it won't tolerate Iran's acquisition of nuclear weapons or Syria's use of chemical stockpiles on rebels. North Korea, in some ways, is a trickier case.

Either every country has the right to put satellites in space or no country has the right to put satellites in space.

The US has continued researching nuclear weapons in violation of the NPT. As per the NPT the US and other nuke weapon possessing nations are supposed to reduce and eliminate their nuclear arsenals.

If the US, Russia, China, France, the UK, India, Pakistan and Israel believe they have the right to possess nuclear weapons and threaten other countries with nuclear annihilation, then it shouldn't be a surprise that some of those countries with nukes hanging over their heads would like the same abilities in self defense.

Nonsense about a more complicated case. Syria and Iran are nations that do not boarder China
with a set of treaties that North Korea has and undoubtedly China has drawn a red line of its own.
We can afford to condemn and threaten Iran, or even Syria. Attack North Korea and you will start
a war with China and they now have all the factories.
Besides the major corporations that own the Chinese factories would lose to much investment
money in a conflict with China. Besides when money is involve hypocrisy must be re-labelled to
reflect the profit and economic cooperation that both countries endure, We all know that China is
the most democratic country in the world and would never think of violating human rights that would
be unthinkable, Ya Right.
North Korea is a threat a threat that keeps on giving like the Taliban. It allows Americans the right
to be afraid and agree to more military spending at the expense of education and medicare and the
programs that benefit peoples lives. The problem is the Cry Wolf thing is working well in America
