URL into word(s)

I've forgotten how to change a URL into a word or phrase so I can insert it efficiently into a posting. Any help is appreciated.

Highlight the word(s) you want the hyperlink on, then click the "insert link" button above the text box, the globe with chain links. Copy and paste the URL into the box that pops up.

Me too. Sooner or later you either break something or hurt something and forget all about the URL (and I had to wait for Ton's response too ;-))
