Does anyone know if it is possible to access BBC i player outside the UK and if so how do you do it?

I've never been able to access it. I would imagine it's possible but it would require a rather fast proxy and probably a very complex network setup.

I am in Bulgaria and I use a VPN service to asccess Iplayer. Its very easy to setup and costs 6GBP per month.

I order to watch bbc programs on I player you must have a uk IP address this can be done a number of different way go to proxy 4 free pick out a UK IP copy it into firefox.

you must have firefox on your pc. Once you have this open the tools goto , advance, settings and the put your uk ip in the man proxy. the last 2 or 4 digits are the port numbers it will look like 8080, 8085 then tupe in the bbc url and it should work I have had some success with this seen new gavin and stacy series very funny
