I am having an issue with Firefox that I can seem to fix. Now before I get started, I will tell you that I did visit Mozilla about this problem, but it was either over my head or their solution was too complex. So, is anyone else having this issue.

When I open my browser an options tab opens as well. Now this wouldn't be that big of a deal, but if I open a new tab then another options tabs opens. Anyone know a fix for this that doesn't involve going into the data base or bringing in a tech support guy from NASA?

Nevermind. I figured it out.

Nope, the answer is 42. Of course no one knows the question.
This is the reason for religion.

Ya..... the only options for a new tab is Blank page or suggested sites
They should have a home page choice whic in my case is a search engine "Google"
Usually when one opens a new tab, it's to search for something.
There is a tool 'new tab homepage', for me that is a search engine.

Northern Ontario,
Video downloader is the reason I went to Firefox years ago....Firefox is also better for uploading videos to youtube..IE stalls often and on a video that is more than 20 min. long and you have to restart...

I went into the options page and reset the homepage link. With the new update it adds a bunch of garbage that makes it wonky.
