What I liked about this game is one of our local radio stations carried it live
and listening to it reminded me of when I was a kid listening to old Penticton
Vees win the world championship in 1955. Those games on radio were much
more exciting than on TV

Great memory, DG. What I liked about it is that our guys actually played a more disciplined game then the Americans - for a change - and we shut down their much vaunted PP. Really enjoyed the entire series so far - some really good hockey by most of the teams participating.
