Ex British Prime Minister Tony Blair converted to catholicism last week,joining his wife and family in the religion. Wisely, he waited until after he stepped down from political office to do so. I would like to think that the Brits would have accepted him if he had changed religion while in office, but am afraid he would have caused a minor revolt.
