I couldn't agree more. To speak and use proverbs to make oneself look intelligent and well meaning is often backed by an ego looking to be stroked. The ego HAS to go before the good can come.

Aren't there easier ways to meditate? Um, the "lord's" name is in the bible. Easy to find.

No...no...standing on ones head has been scientifically proven to be the best way to meditate.

If done for long enough, one can meditate to death that way.
Besides, I found the best way to stand is on my feet.
