Your brain would have to relearn so much as to be unrecognizable from pretransplant. The incredible intricacies of the myriad of connections to rehookup would make cloning a more economical prospect. Plus if there truly is a soul where does it reside?

we think of the mind as being just the brain. Don't really believe that. The body has a mind of its own too in a way. If you ever done TAI_CHI you would understand. or the mind as a whole involves the body. But if it could work to change brains , some of us would get to trade up and others would be better off with nothing , knowing the alternative.
