A team of archeologists from the University of Tel Aviv have uncovered a collection of ancient scrolls in the West Bank region, near the Qumran Caves, where the Dead Sea Scrolls were originally uncovered in 1947, and which promise to shed a new light on the life and physical appearance of Jesus Christ.
The newly found documents which are believed to have been written by a small Jewish sectarian group, called the Essenes, retraces different elements of the Old Testament and New Testament similar to the Dead Sea Scrolls, but scholars have turned their attention to a peculiar fragment which describes the birth of the Christ figure in a new light.

The manuscripts that have been dated between 408 BCE to 318 CE describe the son of Mary as of a “darker color” of skin than her parents, a revealing information admits professor Hans Schummer.

You know, a large part of Africa, South America, and Central America are Christians. Not to mention the vast majority of African Americans and Latino Americans are Christian. I wonder if it is more the color of their skin rather than their religion that brings out this hatred of Christianity.

He was white but not albino of course, somewhat pale as do I remember.
With Jewish or Israelite fine features. His face was somewhat longer than they draw him with a small triangular face.
And he was tall, with serious expression, not smiling.

Certainly, in a perfect world like yours it dosn't and we should all be nice enough to exercise the same thinking on the matter/spirit as you do, but I don't think it's likely to pan out that way. Owing to the origin of the psudo information I would suspect a damn stupid wedge being inserted in between damn stupid people for a damn evil reason.

Of course people divides into two categories: the intelligent: disbelievers and atheists, and the other category are the stupid who believe in God and in His messengers and in the Next Life!?
This is only their illusion. But in fact God is True, His messengers are true and the Next Life is true.

While about the color of his eyes: he was closing his eyes and did not look direct at me.
And what is about his fingers? I did not count them and was not concerned about such thing; of course he was an ordinary man like other people. And I am not enthusiastic about him, but he was a righteous man, and an apostle of God not more than this.

Racist white bigot atheists might get up in arms, but there can't be many of those, racist white bigots rarely arrive at the atheist position. I think you'll find this is a non-issue to atheists. Jesus is a myth and he was not black? Nobody with any sense is going to take up that argument. Besides, the piece doesn't really say he was black, it just suggests he was somewhat darker than his mother.
