I'm stuck in its wake.
It's massive. 20-30km worth of trucks rolled past so far. 1/2hr so far.
Democracy at work.

The lack of pipe capacity isn't going away John.

  1. I too was stuck on the wrong side of the convoy. It was awe inspiring!! I missed an hour of work but I caught up eventually by suppertime Friday. It was well worth it.

I carried a chair 100ft from my house for my Girlfriend (she'd gotten a new hip two weeks back) so she had a ringside seat for this historic convoy. Almost a solid hour of multiple air-horns. All I can say is "Wow!!"

It was definetly a statement. There were no lights on at Ralph's office. Must have been sitting in the dark saving the environment .

Gas prices are all over the place here in BC, pete. The day after the tax went on I paid 1.37 at Forest Grove - it would have been 1.38 in town. We here in the Heartland have never had to pay the same high prices they do on the Left Coast - where they so richly deserve to be taken to the cleaners.

Or deciding whether or not he has a chance in hell of retaining his seat in the coming election?
