You figure that mothballed battle tanks parked in the desert without crews are going to build the wall? The US doesn't have a conscript army anymore with large bodies of men without jobs in it.

All the US has to do is put the debit machines into 'service mode' and the revolution is over. The good news is North America is a pimple compared to how important the EU and Mid-east are and will be in the coming years. We will either kill each other in large numbers ot people will support each other so nobody goes hungry.
