Happy LeapDay, we could have this day as a holiday every four years, it would also partially address the February blues.

Hmm.... If this Alberta Clipper is super bad, how is the Weather Network going to work it into next year's "A Year Ago Today" trivia?....

Woof!

What a good idea, Beaver! I think I'll pour myself a little "Schnaps" of my home-brew later on!! Prosit! To the health of your knees, Beaver!!

Alberta has a family day in February every year, not just leap year.
Personally I do not know what the blues are, never had them.
I love February, it means March, and spring. (it also means that we go home in a few days, back to BC, then on to Alberta). I love spring, and where I live in BC, it comes about a month earlier than most of the rest of the province. Summers are pretty damn hot, can get up to around 104F in the summer, and it is a dry heat, too hot.
Leap year, leap right into spring.
