Id like to see them drop the university requirement and test everyones competancy equally.

We all know that there are tons of people out there who use elbow grease and spit shine who are practically more competant than any university graduate.

Its easy to teach book smarts but its harder to learn common sense.

I know your being funny but them blue collar folk do develop working instincts that keep things humming. Kinda like a blacksmith who can roughly tell an alloys composition by the sound of the "ping" alone.
