Is crumb rubber Toxic Turf?

Dec. 27, 2015 — Instead of dirt, on as many as 12,000 athletic fields across the country, is a synthetic material called black crumb rubber. For years, many athletes, parents and environmental groups have raised questions about potential links between the synthetic turf and cancer. Full Measure correspondent Joce Sterman investigates.
