Meteor photobombs Quebec weather report

While viewers were turning to TVA's Colette Provencher for their nightly weather report, many spotted a bright green light over her shoulder, believed to be a meteor.
Provencher, who works for the Quebecor-owned TVA, was live on air at 10:37 p.m. in Montreal Thursday night when the light appeared over her right shoulder and streaked through the sky.
The blog Lunar Meteorite Hunters reported the meteor was also seen in Ottawa, Rhode Island and Maryland. An Ottawa man said it looked like a "green flare coming down" from the sky.
