Would you be so kind to help in understanding of the phrase "Charter Decisions"?
I met it in the article title published in Canadian magazine (FEDERALISM-E, Volume 10, 2009). The article name is "Strengthening Federalism Through Charter Decisions"

Thanks in advance!

Without having read the article, I would suggest that the term 'Charter decisions' refers to rulings of the Supreme Court on cases involving the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Things such as which jurisdiction (federal or provincial) has authority over issues, likely in this context.
