Whats the name of the neighborhood with more clubs or better nightlife

Hello, I would like to know whats the name of the neighborhood or zone with the best clubs and nightlife, and from that information, I need to know in which neighborhoods near this zone I should rent an apartment, I am Ok, if I can drive less than 20 minutes to get to a night club.

If you want to be really close, check out the plateau.. you don't even really need to drive.

so I guess those sites are good for nightlive and very loudy! with people on streets drinking, etc
