Hello,
I have heard that HEC is a department of Montréal University which has a good reputation, it's an international university and it's a known university in Canada. It also has a lot of exchange programs with other universities in Europe. If you want to study international business or finance it might be a good university. Unfortunately, I don't know have it's classified compared to McGill or Johnsons Business school, which are two known universities in Canada.
