I saw the news piece on TV and because of the Mafia war going on in Toronto not too many people are shocked.
There has been a lot of movies about them so people are familiar.
A body encased in concrete in a steel barrel dumped in a big city harbour just like in the movies.
In reality it is a tragic event no matter who is involved and the sooner Toronto's Chief of Police gets off his arse and takes this seriously the sooner it can be solved.
