I dont get it, 5/6ths of the people i know here hate country. But it gets me more ****** then your rock in roll halloween music that sounds like...

seriously, people have alot of negativstuff to say about country music, but when i say negative stuff about there music they get all defensive.... At least we know what the men are listening too

lol, people always say there are alot of depressing songs written by country musicians. But on the other hand there are alot of songs that just involve having a good time. But your average rock n roller doesnt know that. But the ladies do :)

Modern country music is pathetic, enough said. Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, Kris Kristopherson are/were country artists, the stuff out late is pop music along the same lines of Nickelback and other gag inducing acts.

naw, alan jackson, brooks and dunn will always be better then the nickelback calibre of music...

Id rather listen to music about keeping my job, and having a good looking women on my lap. Then listen to some drug addict talk about his time in a sanitarium for his coke troubles

You might want to ask Mick Jagger how he does in that department. By your own logic though, it'll get you only 1/6th as much as the theoretical limit, and that'll be from the 1/6th of women who don't care any more about who they do it with than you evidently do.

dam you , i should have been more specific on the gender of the people who hate on my music.

And im sure musicians of all arts get alot ************, but not everyone i know are musicians or mick jaggers..

Why is Country Music so Dispised In Ontario?


I don't like Country music, One of the things I don't like is some guy from Lethbridge putting on a phony Alabama accent and wailing into a microphone about his pickup truck or his dog or whatever.

I didn't mind John Denver but he was mainly pop music.

There have been some good artists in country music but prefer Nana Mouskouri..

Country music is good. Pop music sung by people with cowboy hats on and being passed off as country I can do without.
