How much am I going to spend on gas, and if it is possible to take in all that Saskatchewan has to offer in two days. I think I can make it less than 10 days at a leisurely pace. I'll visit some relatives along the way too. So, who's done it, what have they learned, and how many hours of therapy did it take to recover.

Getting out of Victoria isn't a bad idea- most people in Victoria think the world ends at the Malahat. See all there is to see in Saskatchewan in two days? You probably couldn't see all there is to see in Saskatchewan in two life times.

well, depending on where you planned stops are. I found trip advisor was the biggest help. search the area and beleive the reviews. From the night before I would leave, I was estimate my trip.. ie 700 kms.. and go the search for the following evening.
Enjoy the drive!

and be careful. Might be good road conditions on the coast, but those mountain passes can be dangerous and the snow can surprise you. Respect those roads.

Gonzo, please DO NOT make the big, big, big mistake of driving from Victoria to Ottawa through Canada.

Cross into the United States, get on I5, then take I90 and I94 to Detroit, then take the 401 and 416 to Ottawa.

And you'll need a passport.
