I have searched news articles to find his name and even the court records for March 10 in Burlington, Hamilton and Milton but no luck.

Of course lesser people are readily identified.....

The driver of the vehicle was held for a bail hearing which will take place in the Milton Provincial Court on March 10th, 2017 on the charges of Impaired Driving Causing Bodily Harm and Over 80 Causing Bodily Harm.

I just read on the CTV site that the bail hearing was to be in Hamilton?
