Winter returns to Toronto

Bundle up, Toronto.
Winter’s going to start looking a lot more like it’s supposed to this week, according to Environment Canada.
“We are going to get cold weather,” meteorologist Peter Kimbell warned on Sunday.
The rest of January is looking cold but no more than usual, he added.
“In January, we’ve probably seen the end of the warm days,” Kimbell said.
And don’t look out for a reprieve in typically frigid February, although the long-term forecast is still not completely certain.
“So even if we’re a degree warmer than normal, it’ll still be cold,” Kimbell said.
This winter has seen some record-setting mild days in December, leaving Toronto residents with memories of a green Christmas.
But even though the overall forecast for this winter calls for above normal temperatures, that doesn’t mean the cold will ignore Toronto.
“We’ve been big time spoiled in December,” Kimbell cautioned. “And I don’t think we’re going to see a repeat of that in January or February.”
As for the coming week, the forecast calls for a high of -5C on Monday with a chance of flurries.
Expect around five centimetres of snow on Tuesday and a high of -2C.

Yup. March is my favourite month. The sun seems extra bright. I believe the sun is closest in March but don't quote me?

Yeah, I often get a feeling of optimism in March, but I also get a F**king year older! May is one of my favourite months, winter sh*t is definitely over and some days are just like summer.
