An HIV-positive man sexually assaulted and infected a teenage girl, York Regional Police alleged Wednesday.
Investigators said they found out about an alleged sexual assault of a 15-year-old girl in October 2011 while conducting interviews about an attack on a woman in February.
Police alleged that a man had unprotected sex with the teen and infected her with the HIV virus.
