Easiest way is to simply go to one of the many places that offer Fax services - even many of the postal outlets do. MailBoxes etc., Kinkos, Staples, and many more, including many convenience stores.
Your computer can send faxes, if Windows is set-up to do it and you have a dial-up modem. But unless you plan on doing this a lot, it isn't really worth all that effort.
