I see Oiler fans no longer fear Comrie-ism.

Perhaps you're right. I remember last March when the Oil's playoff hopes were fading fast...

Sure the Oilers have Comrie but the Flames have Fleury.

Fleury will probably end up on the Abbotsford heat. Should be a good draw there,
and maybe that's why they signed him in the first place.
He did score the shoot out goal the other night, but that was it, not a very inspiring performance, and how can he, he is 42.

Hull, Howe Chelios and Cheechoo for that matter didn't destroy themselves with crack. Playing at 42 is possible if you take care of yourself. That leaves Fleury out.

We'll see, considering how long it's been since he played professionally, he didn't do to bad in his first game.

You are absolutely right. He didn't do too bad...for a 42 year old ex crack addict that has abused himself and not played at the top level in years.

This just in!
If the Oilers were to win all 31 of their remaining games this season, they would have 100 points and would be assured of a playoff spot!
Go, Oilers, Go!

Go, Oilers, Go!

That wouldn't allow them too many losses.................... I think the Oilers need a little oiling themselves.

I don't know if this is true, but a neigbour said that the City of Edmonton was sent a note of thanks from the Toronto Maple Leafs!

As a Leaf fan, I am thanking them. I don't want to have to give Boston a #1 pick overall!

The oilers are in a different race than most teams now,
as they are in a race to 'win' bottom place, to try for the top draft
pick.

The Oilers fail so hard I doubt they could even get that right.
