Perhaps the UN should introduce a bill that voids the veto aspect and the will of the majority of Nations (and per capita somehow, perhaps the UN representative bring forth the results of a poll/vote from Canadian voters on really important 'constitutional issues' that involve other Nations). Strange as it may sound the UN should support most revolutions just because it is unlikely people will revolt against the current government because conditions are too good
The former security council can keep their jobs as the enfocvers but divvy up the responsibilities evenly, one designs the wapons, one produces, one moves them to and fro and one uses them in the field, that way not one of them can go rouge,
That it would be the 5 that disagree with the above says it was never meant to work properly from the start. The Bankers will finance only the countries that support their directives, that include being part of the both the problem and the solution and neither evr work as originally (due to mysterious forces beyond 'their' (the UN) control. Sad but in this case with a 'bastard for a parent, the only way to break free (and have an effective UN) the 5 holdout have to be convinced to join the masses and together fire the current bankster. If they resist kill the top ones first and work your way down. If it comes to that a preset number has to be chosen (5, 10, 15 million, 200?) and the next ones to run the banks will not be so concerned in seeing most of the available money is not sitting in their banks, doing nothing other than being stolen and hoarded.
If wiping out people in some cases is justified, as in cast iron, then the oppressed Gentile Nations have a right, even a duty, to utterly break the backs of the current banksters. Lets randomly kill 1400 of them, men, women, and children and see if they behave for the two years after that. If they don't PhaseII will be enacted, if that doesn't work then pre-emptive strike would be the only alternative, punish them before they can do anything wrong. The banksters would obviously do that to us, as they have done even worse things to have their way in just the last 100 years.
If the current system doesn't work it might be because we are doing it backwards, we need security from the ones named, if one vetoes a 'just bill' that is the first one to attack.. An attack dog when wanting freedom sometimes has to turn on the handler if he is doing it 'wrong' (ie don't beat the dog)
