'All started suddenly and thousands died, millions displaced, hundreds of villages vanished in the matter of just 4 days!!…strangely there were no weather warnings, no alarms.. these are the worst floods in the history of Pakistan BUT no one from Global MET offices could even trace what is going on in this region?
We have investigated this matter and concluded that HAARP has recently been used in NW area of Pakistan .. the choice of starting point was perfect.. all the flood is going in downstream i.e. Khyber (Hills) to Karachi (Sea)… it is designed to submerge entire Pakistan and bring up the worst crises and chaos ever happened.. they know they cant win a war with Nuclear armed Pakistan – it would be a mutual destruction, so they have other ways to do it!.'

I used to work at remote outpost in Canada's arctic and one of the pieces of equipment I looked after was an ionospheric sounder. I can assure you, this device was harmless. It basically directed RF energy across a band of frequencies (from LF to VHF) at the ionosphere and measured the amount of energy which reflected back. It was sort of like a radar, but at a much lower frequency and its purpose was to monitor changes in ionospheric reflectivity. (I didn't design the thing, just maintained and repaired it when it broke) The device would take a sounding every hour, generate a graph, some data and then send the data back to the NRC, where I have no idea what they did with the information.


This device did not control the weather, and I find it extremely unlikely that the data it collected could be used to control the weather. Its main purpose was to monitor the ionosphere and identify radio frequencies (mostly in the HF band) which could be used to communicate over long distances. It also confirmed when ionospheric conditions were not conducive to long distance radio communication, or which frequencies would work over distance.

back in the '70s, I believe there was a un treaty signed saying that weather would never be used as a weapon of war, and, if my memory serves me correctly I have posted links to it on CC before.
