New Mexico Governor wants to pardon Billy the kid

BILLY the Kid, the American outlaw, could receive a posthumous pardon from the Governor of New Mexico 122 years after he was allegedly shot dead by Sheriff Pat Garrett.

Obviously the governor is brain damaged. Billy the Kid was a demented serial killer who apparently killed a man for every year he was alive.
