From what I understand, Health Canada's Medical Marijuana is utter Shyte
anyway....and no Black Market Dealer would be able to peddle the stuff....

Health Canada was "Fronting" the stuff and expecting payment at a later
date? Wow....they should'a gotten an experienced Consultant. There are
(I'm assuming) a couple of hundred thousand of them spread across the
country that would have told them that "Fronting" is a Baaaaad idea.

What resource? The stuff will be soon legal soon for medical purposes in the U.S., he just couldn't wait. He was selling in the U.S. thru the mail, it is now illegal. He is not a political prisoner, just a common drug dealer.
