Yeah, there are a lot of bombs out there. Thankfully, Not all those who have them have the means to deliver them. Still, the bulk of these nuclear weapons are owned by the U.S. and Russia, who can deliver them. During the Cold War, those two countries held the rest of the world hostage with their God damned bombs. All the talk of disarmament simply meant changing the rocket or the vehicle to which the warheads were attached.

Not particularly, when the same could be said about the best Russian missile carrying submarines. There was a time when only a demented psychopath like Adolph Eichmann would think of killing a million people. Those times ended with Hiroshima and Nagasaki.

My point was, that at one time mass killings were done by psychopaths. Now, after Korea, VietNam, Iraq, it appears that mass killers are a dime a dozen.
