Look, you could send them all the Mr. Noodles in the world on top of what you're already offering and they'll still say no, because they don't trust the US or most other nations and they would rather work on it themselves where they know they can not be interfeered in their development.... COMMON SENSE PEOPLE.... this has already been explained countless times by Iran and other nations.
That's like trying to make a deal with the Soviet Union during the Cold War.... they didn't trust us as far as they could throw us, so in the same breath, why would Iran? They already figure the world's out to get them for the most part, so why would they sucker themselves into a deal that has the US's hands all over it, who's been voicing they would obliterate/destroy Iran?
