Israel doesn't 'buy' military hardware, it is given to them at the expense of American taxpayers.
I assume you know what 'wholesale' is, it is when a merchant buys something and then sells it again but at a higher price. It may/may not come as a surprise to you but many 'wholesalers' are from that one particular ethnic group. Are you following along so far?
