How many birds are continually killed by wind turbines?
Millions, I spend all day watching my turbine slice and dice the noisey little bastards to bits.

Tailing ponds don't kill ducks, people do. Wind turbines don't kill birds, people do. Guns don't kill people, people do.
So if I tied you up to a tree and you died of starvation I should be innocent of murder in that you actually died of starvation, is that about right?

There's hemp seed in the bread I made my kids' sandwiches with today. It doesn't seem to demonized for Dempster's to use it.
Try applying for permission to grow your own and see how many hoops you have to jump through. Ever had to have a criminal-record check to bake a pie? LOL

Follow the reasoning, I'll go very slowly. You the person would have initiated the action that resulted in my death by tree, therefore you would be guilty or up for a reward whichever school of thought you adhere to. As initiator you would be deemed the agent of my end. The tree would be released on it's own recognisance I think.

I'm not sure the tree should get off scott-free, it was an accessory to the crime, had it not grown at that spot you could not have been tied to it.

I've gone through the paperwork to apply for growing pot, and I doubt that growing hemp would be much harder. I was just too lazy, to be totally honest, to care to re-file every year, so I didn't follow through with the personal growing license.
